How to Cook

Simple steps, royal results

Prepare the Premix

Take 1 packet Rajeshahi Masala Paneer Premix and mix with 100ml water to form a smooth paste.

Sauté the Base

Heat a pan, add 3–4 tbsp oil. Add paste of 1 tomato (50g) and sauté for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Add the Gravy

Pour premix paste into pan. Mix with tomato and cook 4–5 minutes, stirring.

Add Paneer

Add 250–300g paneer cubes and 50ml more water. Cook on low flame for 4–5 minutes.

Finish & Serve

Add 1 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp cream. Cook 2 more minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot!

Mix the Premix

Take 1 packet Rajeshahi All In One Gravy Premix and add 125ml water. Mix well.

Build the Base

Heat pan, add 2 tbsp oil. Add puree of 1 tomato (50g) and sauté 5 minutes until oil separates.

Add Premix Gravy

Pour premix paste into pan. Cook 4–5 minutes, stirring well.

Add Your Vegetables

Add vegetables or paneer of choice. For Kolhapuri style: 100g paneer + boiled mixed veg + ½ tsp red chilli powder.

Finish

Add 1 tbsp butter and 1½ tbsp cream. Cook 2 minutes. Top with fresh coriander.

Marinate Chicken

Mix 200–250g boneless chicken with 1½ tbsp curd, 1 tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp ginger-garlic paste, salt. Marinate 30 minutes.

Cook the Chicken

Heat oil in pan, add marinated chicken, cover and cook 8–10 minutes. Can also pressure cook.

Make the Gravy

Mix 1 packet Rajeshahi Premix + 100ml water. In pan, heat oil, sauté ½ cup tomato purée 2–3 minutes. Add premix paste, sauté 2 minutes.

Combine & Serve

Add cooked chicken + ¼ cup water. Cook 4–5 minutes on low flame. Finish with 1½ tbsp cream, 1 tbsp butter, and fresh coriander.
